Speak to an estimator on the phone
Our estimator will review your desired service, provide service options, and go over any questions you may have. Our estimators are straightforward and transparent in regards to pricing.
Schedule an estimate
After you speak to our estimator over the phone, an on-site estimate will be scheduled through our booking software. You’ll get a confirmation text or email letting you know when your service is scheduled.
You will receive a reminder phone call from the estimator the day before your estimate is scheduled, and on the day of the estimate you will be notified when our service technician is on route and when they arrive.
After your on-site estimate is completed, the estimated proposal is sent via email to be accepted by the client.
Work order sent
After you have accepted your proposal, a work order will be sent to our service technician.
Service is performed
You will get a confirmation text or email notification from our service technician the day before your service is provided, the day of service, when they are on route, and when they arrive at your home.
Upon satisfaction payment is due
Only after you are 100% satisfied with our services, payment is due. You will be invoiced through our booking software housecall pro. Our team can be contacted anytime with questions regarding your service or payment.
